Deborah Schwarz

Chief Executive Officer & Founder

Deborah Schwarz

“I am passionate about refocusing the skills and expertise of professional librarians outside the library walls. As technology liberates publishing and access, the discipline of library science plays a crucial role in organizing, synthesizing and curating content. LAC Group will be at the forefront, helping decision-makers find meaning in big data to guide their judgments and actions.”

In 1986, Deborah Schwarz left her career as Library Director at a major law firm in Los Angeles and founded Library Associates Companies (LAC), a boutique temporary staffing company for law firms in southern California. Under her leadership, the business has grown into LAC Group, a certified Women’s Business Enterprise with multiple divisions and offices in the United States and the United Kingdom. Ms. Schwarz continues to be a hands-on CEO who enjoys working with clients and inspiring employees to pursue innovation and excellence in all assignments and projects.
